In the space we cultivate in therapy, healing begins through self-discovery and the deep work of compassion and connection.
Healing Begins in the Room.
About my practice
I provide a culturally attuned, integrative approach to therapy, drawing from Attachment Theory, Psychodynamic Theory, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Jungian perspective, and self-compassion practices.
My goal is to support clients in breaking free from limiting narratives, deepening their self-understanding, and expanding their potential for meaningful relationships and personal fulfillment.
I specialize in helping adults, couples, and first-generation individuals navigate the complexities of identity, heal relational wounds, and break cycles of intergenerational trauma.
Additionally, I view self-compassion as a fundamental tool in healing trauma, empowering individuals to cultivate their inner-kindness, resilience, and emotional growth.
My work creates a space for deep self-discovery, resilience, and meaningful connections.
